Our History

Years back, The Managing Director and Founder of the company Mr. Arun Krishnan had lots dreams in his entrepreneurship mind while working as a Medical representative and many managerial positions in an established organization, his mind was flaring up with a vision. To come out with a small organization. even without adequate financial back up, because of his strong mind and vision he started an organization in 2011 as private limited company started in Trivandrum the capital city of Kerala state, and it developed and expanded to most of the districts of Kerala state. unfortunately, he had to leave the same establishment after 6 years of dedicated service to the firm. The knowledge and experience taught him a lot and in year 2017 itself he could start this wonderful venture Cue Labs as his own project. started with very small investment with 4 products and 2 medical representatives in Trivandrum district. Now its developed and established throughout in entire Kerala state with 60 products and more than 50 employees, it has been expanded to Tamil Nadu state and part of Karnataka state as well Now the organization grown up to a 5 Crore turnover company in just 8 years period and become a fast-growing company in South India.

Looking back, the traveling was not easy, lots of ups and downs. but the path was clear and with dedicated mind and strong vision he surpass all the hurdles, in fact the flood hit in 2018 and 2019 really disturbed the life of people in Kerala. Many establishments in Kerala washed away many organizations closed because of financial loss and many people lost their job and the state was suffering to get along with the situation even these times we could kept our
employees close to our heart.. There by providing them the regular salary to maintain their families.. In 2020 when Covid 19 hits the world the situation was more dangerous the entire world was shut down and people across the world facing all the fear of death lots and lots of people were swiped away from the earth, we couldn’t move out from our houses. The Company was not generating any income still we paid salary without fail to our employees to support their family. There also we survived the hard situations without any major damage to our company. These struggles really help us to face any hard situations, but at

the same time many of our fellow pharmaceutical companies closed down because of financial crisis and many of them cut down and removed their field and office staff because they couldn’t maintain them. these all achieved because of the strong support of our dedicated employees who loved our organization.

In this past years we could launch many brands which are recommended by doctors in different specialties even though our main focus is for Cardio – Diabetic segment which is growing with a tremendous speed and in Kerala’s people are very much aware of these kind of life style deceases and are keen in consultation with doctors and taking medicine. In a highly competitive segment it is difficult get attention from senior and experienced doctors for our brands with confidence we can say that we have launched more than 20 brands in this segment and doing an excellent business and our bread winning brands lies in neurology segment the doctors are extremely satisfied with our quality this is an encouragement for us to bring newer molecules in different specialties.

Now we are in the path of bringing newer molecules for the health of human being many products are in pipe line our aim, in coming years to spread over other states in South India. Cue Labs has grown up to a level with a confident team with an excellent hierarchy. We established like a high – class professional organization with General / Zonal / Regional / Area Sales Managers with Territory Executives, also in our distribution network we have a direct CFA of our own and local distributors for the regular supply up to the demand in this short time interval. We could establish our own Corporate Office with two stored building in heart of Trivandrum City, Kerala state, India.

Now we are growing to second face from a proprietary firm to a private limited company in joining hands with many of the well – established entrepreneurs as directors of the company for further growth and to handle the affairs Multihandled for a manyfold growth.
